A fulfilment partner for your next stage
An online shop can outgrow the spare room long before it becomes a large business. If packing orders is eating into your evenings, X3PL gives you a practical alternative. We handle the physical work from our Belfast unit while you stay responsible for your products, customers and brand. Your business can be based in England, Scotland or Wales; you do not need to move here to work with us.
There are no minimum orders and no monthly subscription. That makes a conversation worthwhile even if your order volume is still modest or changes with the season. We start with your actual products and packing requirements, rather than asking you to commit to a volume that does not fit your shop.
Sending your stock to Belfast
Before the first delivery, we agree your setup, product list and packing preferences. Tell us how many different products you sell, how they are labelled, and roughly how much shelf space they need. You can send stock yourself or arrange for your supplier to send it directly. We agree the delivery details with you before anything travels, so receiving stock is part of the plan rather than a surprise.
When it arrives, we unload, count and check the delivery against what was expected. Discrepancies are flagged and your goods go onto clearly labelled shelves. Any requirements for barcodes, fragile products or unusual packaging should be discussed first.
Picking and packing, your way
For each order, we pick the products, barcode-check them and pack them in a suitable standard box or mailer. Standard packaging is included in the pick-and-pack price. If your customer experience depends on a particular presentation, we write down the agreed packing preferences before starting. Branded packaging, tissue, inserts, samples and gift wrapping can be discussed, with any extra charges agreed in advance.
Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy connect directly to our system. Orders flow through and tracking and stock information sync back to your connected store. For another platform, speak to us about the options before deciding on your fulfilment setup.
Next working day dispatch across the UK
Orders are picked, packed and handed to the courier the next working day. We send parcels to customers across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Republic of Ireland. Dispatch is the handover to the courier: it is not a promise that the customer will receive the parcel that day or the following day.
Royal Mail, Evri and DPD options let us discuss a service suited to your products and destinations. Parcel size, weight, value and tracking needs affect the choice and cost. We use discounted courier rates, but postage is not one fixed figure for every order. Share your typical parcel details so your quote reflects what you actually send.
Simple weekly billing
We invoice every Monday for the previous week's orders and postage, collected automatically by Direct Debit or card. Storage is charged once a month on the first invoice of the month. There is no monthly subscription, and all prices exclude VAT. This separates the regular order activity from the shelf space your stock uses.
A useful estimate needs your monthly order range, average items per order, stock delivery pattern and storage needs. The rate card explains the individual charges; your own figures show how they fit together. We do not change the prices because your brand is based outside Northern Ireland.
Returns and day-to-day contact
Customer returns can come to our unit. We check each item, report its condition and return suitable products to stock. Damaged items are set aside for your decision rather than automatically being offered for sale again. Agreeing your returns preferences early helps keep the process consistent when the first parcel comes back.
You can also contact Nathan about your stock or packing preferences. A hands-on service means speaking to someone involved in your fulfilment. If you are changing an insert, planning a product launch or expecting a larger delivery, discuss it before the extra work arrives so we can agree the practical details.
